As Principle Product Director of BMC's ITBM suite of products, Karen was responsible for driving strategy, planning, marketing, pricing and requirements for BMC’s IT Business Management suite which includes: Demand and Resource Management, Financial Planning and Budgeting, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Governance Risk and Controls, and Service Cost Management. Previous to this position, as IT Chief of Staff, Karen led the strategy, definition, and implementation of IT internal business management practices including Demand and Resource Management, Vendor and Asset Management, Financial Management, SOX governance, Organizational Training, and Communications and Marketing.
